Communication
Email is my primary channel. I respond within one business day and batch feedback rounds to keep us both moving efficiently.
Files & Assets
All project files live in your shared folder. Final deliverables arrive in every format you'll need, organized and labeled.
Revisions
Every project includes two rounds of revisions. Feedback through the portal keeps everything organized and nothing gets lost.
Payments
Invoices are sent through this portal. If anything looks off or timing is a concern, just reach out. We can work it out.

The best way to reach me is tish@branchbloomcreative.com. For quick questions, you'll also find a message form inside your project folder. I check both daily and will never leave you waiting on something urgent.
A note on the process
Great creative work takes a little breathing room. I'll always communicate what's happening and when to expect things, and I'll ask the same of you. The more we trust the process together, the better the outcome.
